Nuno has more than 20 years of experience and is the founding partner of Finsolutia.

Throughout his career, Nuno has gained valuable experience and exposure to credit and real estate across Southern Europe.

Nuno started his career in investment banking Capital Markets, debt and equity markets, followed by a top strategy consulting firm, and then banking with focus in non-core asset management, leading the first NPL deal in Iberia among other very relevant transactions.

Nuno attended the OPM at Harvard Business School, the Inter-Alpha program at INSEAD, holds an MBA with honors (Beta Gamma Sigma) from SDSU-California State University, a Post Graduate degree in Corporate Finance (ISCTE) and a business degree.

Miguel joined Finsolutia in April 2007, as the CTO. In his role, Miguel has lead the team in charge of all technological developments, which have been central to the success and effectiveness of the web-based asset management platform.

Prior to joining Finsolutia, he worked as a Project Manager at Portugal Telecom, responsible for the DTP-MS team, covering the execution of application development within Microsoft technology.

While at PT, Miguel played a leading role in various projects linked to PT's subsidiaries and partners, in particular developing service management applications (such as CRM, Invoices, electronic commerce), based on the Microsoft framework.Net.

Prior to PT, Miguel worked for the Informatics and Statistics Institute of Social Security (IIES) as a network System Administrator, where he was part of the team leading the effort for the Social Security IT project. He holds a ScrumMaster certification issued by the ScrumAlliance.

Manuel joined Finsolutia in November 2014, responsible for managing the Finance and Advisory departments and is currently a member of the Executive Committee.

He has over 20 years of international experience concentrated in the investment banking industry, namely in Equity Capital Markets.

Manuel was previously the Head of Institutional Equity Sales at Haitong Investment Bank in Iberia, based in Madrid, where he was responsible for running the Iberian Equity sales team.

He had prior international experience in investment banking in Spain (BBVA), Portugal (Millennium BCP) and UK (ESIB). Manuel studied Economics at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa.

Dina joined Finsolutia in February 2017, responsible for managing all Operations departments and is currently a member of the Executive Committee.

She has over 17 years of experience concentrated in banking industry, namely in Origination & Servicing on Mortgage and in the last two years on Real Estate management.

She has also experience on Project Leader including business processes reengineering, reorganization, cost reduction, efficiency programs, IT developments and KPIs.

Dina has an Business Administration degree from ISCTE and PAGE – Advanced Management Program for Executives at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa.
