Data protection and information security

In December 2022 took place the final phase of the certification audit of the information privacy and security management system (SGPSI), in accordance with the requirements ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019, having Finsolutia obtained the internationally recognized quality designation for its Customer Acquisition, Origination and Credit and Asset Management processes.

This milestone is a demonstration of Finsolutia’s commitment with the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information through the application of a risk management process, that ensures that risks are managed and the information protected with the correct selection and implementation of the necessary security controls, both for its own data as well as data processed for other stakeholders.
